These Terms of Service apply to the Crisp Themes website and the Ghost themes and related digital products sold by Crisp Themes.
Our products
Crisp Themes sells digital themes for the Ghost publishing platform. When you purchase a theme, Crisp Themes is the seller and supplier of the theme and grants you the license described below.
Theme license
Each theme purchase includes a single-site license. It allows you to use that theme on one live Ghost website on one domain. You may also use it in development or staging environments for that same website.
A separate live website requires a separate purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share theme files or source code, or include them in another product or bundle. The purchase grants permission to use the theme; it does not transfer ownership of the theme or its intellectual property.
Crisp Themes does not currently offer an extended or multi-site license.
Updates
Theme updates are included at no additional charge while the theme is maintained and offered by Crisp Themes. Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, new features, or compatibility changes.
Support
Each theme purchase includes six months of basic email support, starting on the purchase date. Support covers questions about theme features and configuration, installation guidance, and help investigating reproducible theme bugs.
Support does not include custom design or development, Ghost hosting or server administration, troubleshooting Ghost itself, third-party products, or installing theme updates for you.
You may purchase an additional 12 months of support for $49 USD. If purchased before the included support period ends, the extension begins when that period ends. The support extension does not change your theme license or permit use on additional websites.

Purchases and Lemon Squeezy
Purchases are completed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes payments and handles applicable transaction taxes. The checkout page shows the total price and any applicable taxes before you complete your purchase.
Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms also apply to purchases made through its checkout. For payment details, see Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Crisp Themes offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. See our [Refund Policy](/refund-policy/) for details. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own policies and procedures.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or products unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website, or infringe the intellectual property rights of Crisp Themes or others.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to describe our products accurately and keep them functioning as described. We cannot guarantee that a theme will work with every Ghost version, hosting setup, customization, or third-party product.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crisp Themes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ghost is a separate platform operated by the Ghost Foundation. Crisp Themes is not responsible for the Ghost platform itself.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
