Crisp Themes offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on theme and support purchases.

How to request a refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email hello@crispthemes.com within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.

Include the email address used for the purchase and your order details so we can identify the transaction.

Refund amount and processing

If your request is within the 7-day guarantee, we will request a refund for the full amount you paid for the eligible purchase through Lemon Squeezy. The refund will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show it.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license for the refunded theme ends. You must stop using the theme and remove it from your live, development, and staging websites. You will also lose access to support and future updates associated with that purchase.

Lemon Squeezy refunds

Lemon Squeezy processes purchases as Merchant of Record. It reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its discretion, including to help prevent chargebacks.
